My Account

Account Information – You can manage your personal account in our Wine Shop. Access allows you to change your user name and password, select individual preferences, update addresses and credit card information and review current and past orders.

Order Status – Once your order ships, we will email your tracking information which will allow you to connect to the shipping website.

Ordering

You must be over 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine. All deliveries require an adult signature.

Three Ways to Order

1. Online
Returning customers – Place your order, and then check out using your password protected account information. We’ve stored your billing and shipping details in our secure files for your convenience. Confirm your order and print the receipt. You will receive a confirmation email sent to the account you have on file.

First-time buyers – Add Figge products from our Wine Shop to your cart. As you check out, set up your online account using our secure shipping and billing information files. Confirm your order and print the receipt. You will receive a confirmation email sent to the account you have on file.

2. Telephone – Call the winery at 831.384.4149. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.

3. Facsimile – Fax the winery at 831.384.4159. 24 hours, 7 days a week. If you would like us to fax you an order form, please send us an email at info@figgecellars.com and include your return fax number.

Payment Options – Figge Cellars accepts Visa® and Mastercard®.

Sales Tax – Orders shipped to the following states will have tax applied at the corresponding rates:

Order Confirmations – Once you place your online order, Figge Cellars will send an email order confirmation to the email address associated with your account. Emails are sent to acknowledge new orders and shipments. Email confirmations are still sent to customers not wanting to receive other email or special offers from Figge Cellars.

 

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods – Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Figge Cellars uses UPS and FEDEX Two Day Air shipping for areas outside of California, Oregon and Washington. We ship primarily on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays. We monitor the forecasted temperature for the destination the day of delivery and we will often hold a package if there are any temperature concerns.

Wine shipments require a signature, at the time of delivery, from someone 21 years or older. No wine will be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person, and any person unable to produce age verification forfeits their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced.

States We Ship To – Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to the following states:

Credit Card Refunds – Upon receipt of your returned shipment, we will process a refund for the amount of purchase, less third party transit carrier imposed fees. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Returns Policy – Figge Cellars guarantees your satisfaction with the quality of our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. For fastest results, contact us by emailing info@figgecellars.com.

Customers can be assured that orders placed online with Figge Cellars are secure. Personal information such as credit card numbers is required to complete an order online. In addition to obtaining personal information, we may collect tracking information for statistical purposes that are disclosed to third parties. This aggregate information is for statistical purposes only. It is for understanding consumer trends and does not contain any personal information about you.
